Shipping and Returns:

All shipping promos only valid within the continental U.S. and are not valid outside of the U.S.

Artwork will be packed and shipped via FedEx/UPS within 3-5 days of online purchase. Michelle Lindblom Studio will use the most economical option available unless requested otherwise. If you are local to the area of Bend, Oregon, pick up or delivery can be arranged.

After the item is dropped off at the shipping center, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser. I will send a follow up email to you when the package has been shipped. Michelle Lindblom Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

At this time, I do not ship artwork overseas.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon reciept, please email the studio at m.lindblom@michellelindblom.com for a return address and detailed instructions as to why you wish to return. Returns are excepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund minus any shipping costs. The return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. To receive a full refund, the item returned must be in its original condition and in the original shipping container. The original invoice must accompany the returned item. The shipment must include insurance. Upon receipt and approval of return, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to original method of payment.

Items that were purchased on sale are non-returnable.

Michelle Lindblom Studio has the right to deny a return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time.

Artwork Damaged upon reciept: Please take pictures when you receive the shipment, if the packaging looks damaged and contact Michelle Lindblom Studio at m.lindblom@michellelindblom.com immediately to discuss next steps if the contents were damaged.
