Currents IV

Currents IV – Monotype created by visual artist, Michelle Lindblom, Bend OR. Work inspired by the slow and steady currents I observe in nature. I use water based printmaking inks on a plexiglass plate to create a one-of-kind image. I used dried plants (some pre-inked), tea and fine string (also pre-inked) to create positive and negative embossed shapes. This piece is printed on special rice paper which has a textural quality to it, thus enhancing to the final image. Price listed includes framing (natural wood contemporary frame).
