Ascending the Pain

Ascending the Pain – monotype created by painter and printmaker Michelle Lindblom. Inspired by a trip I took to Rwanda. The people of Rwanda, despite the tragedies they endured during the genocide, have an amazing resolve. They continue to work toward ascending the pain. I chose to do a series on what I experienced in my short time there.
The monotype is adhered to a stretched canvas. Contact me with any questions. m.lindblom@michellelindblom.com
